Cooling Mint includes a yummy blend of soothing herbs perfect to enjoy after a meal or on a hot afternoon. Peppermint relaxes and helps reduce abdominal pain caused by irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and promotes better digestion. Yarrow is one of the best diaphoretics; meaning it helps your body sweat, thus cooling it down. This tea is great hot or cold with a little sweetener & lemon.

Summer Citrus
Hibiscus flowers, Rosehips, dried lemon & orange, Lemongrass

Summer Citrus tea is prefect for citrus lovers with a tart, lemony taste that is refreshing and gives energy on those days you are drained or wilting from the sweltering temperatures. Hibiscus flowers & rosehips are high in vitamin C and bioflavonoids. They ward off colds, are an anti-inflammatory to infections and strengthen the immune system. Hibiscus is also beneficial to the cardiovascular system by strengthening the blood vessel walls and lowering high blood pressure naturally.

Homemade Deodorant

“If it can’t go in your mouth, don’t put it on your skin." -Rosemary Gladstar

Homemade Deodorant Recipe

Ingredients:
6-8 Tbsp Coconut oil (solid state)
1/4 cup baking soda
1/4 cup arrowroot powder

Directions:
Combine equal portions of baking soda & arrowroot powder.
Slowly add coconut oil and work it in with a spoon or hand blender until it maintains a firm but pliable texture. It should be about the same texture as commercial deodorant, solid but able to be applied easily. If it is too wet, add further arrowroot powder to thicken. Enjoy!
