Spring!


 First harvest of edible, young stinging nettle tops!
This small batch went into soup. 
We will continue to harvest for our yearly supply of tinctures, vinegar, & dried for tea.

  1. YUM... I love nettle soup, so delicious. How do you use it with vinegar? Sounds interesting!

    1. I just put fresh nettle in a jar, pour apple cider vinegar over, cap, and store in fridge. I let it infuse for about 3 weeks before I use it....for cooking/eating, & a great hair rinse!
